6bd Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 6bd platform (available at https://6bd.bio), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and 6bd (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These terms are governed by applicable law and are subject to change at 6bd's sole discretion with reasonable notice to users.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 6bd platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or agent of 6bd or any of its associated game studio partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or suspended from the 6bd platform.
• You are registering only one account in your own name with accurate personal information.

6bd reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close accounts that do not meet the above criteria, including withholding any balance pending investigation.

3. Account Registration & Security

When creating a 6bd account, you must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 6bd support immediately at [email protected]. 6bd will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions or failed to report a breach promptly.

6bd may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable identification documents may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 6bd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed within one (1) business day. Funds are disbursed to the payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.
• Verification requirement: Withdrawals above a specified threshold may require identity verification before release.
• Prohibited transactions: Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be reversed. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Currency: 6bd does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. All balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in BDT.

6bd reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

6bd may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible players only and may be limited to one per person, household, or IP address.
• Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• 6bd reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account suspension.

6. Betting Rules and Game Play

By placing bets or participating in any game on the 6bd platform, you accept the specific game rules applicable to that game or betting market. The following general principles apply across all game types:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after placement except where a specific game or market rule explicitly permits it.
• In the event of a technical error or system failure during a game round, 6bd reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• For sports betting, 6bd follows standard industry rules for void markets, postponed events, and abandoned matches. BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international cricket markets follow ICC and tournament-specific rules.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply across all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the respective game or market interface.
• 6bd is not responsible for bets placed in error by the player. Players should verify all bet details before confirming.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6bd platform. Engaging in any of the activities below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets or interact with games.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to exploit game mechanics or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or display glitches for financial gain. Any such gains will be reversed.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Allowing any other person to access or use your account, whether for profit-sharing, proxy gambling, or any other purpose.
• Registering multiple accounts to circumvent promotional restrictions, account suspensions, or self-exclusion periods.

8. Responsible Gaming

6bd is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming among all its players. We provide the following tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via account settings.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a set period of continuous play.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 6bd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, connectivity issues, or platform downtime.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on platform information, odds, or game statistics.
• Unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
• Interruptions to service caused by factors outside 6bd's reasonable control, including internet outages, payment provider failures, or government-mandated restrictions.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 6bd makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in that policy. 6bd employs SSL encryption and other industry-standard security measures to protect your information. 12. Amendments to Terms

6bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform or via the registered contact method on your account. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
